Nigritude Ultramarine SEO vs Blogs
After seeing it several times in Nigritude Ultramarine SERPs I have finally visied this Nigritude Ultramarine Place [delphis.dm] - very nice indeed!
And it reminded me once again the never ending antagonistic relations between programmatic do-it-alone SEO vs blogs.
In their majority SEO professionals are a hard working programers that were tought that the algorithm is the king. They were told to think a lot first, then implement a scalable algorithm, and then relax and watch computers do the work.
Lets forget for a moment that most of them are hired by the greedy corporations to outsmart their greedy competitors, and not mention the fact that these SEO Wars hurt both small business and the end users.
Then we will see very dedicated computer science graduates trying their best to implement efficient scalable algorithms.
On the other hand, Google engineers are also computer science graduates and also strive for the efficient scalable algorithms. On the average they've got an extra degree and find it easy to outsmart the average SEO.
One of the ways they do it is by setting lower and upper randomness thresholds to filter out higly repetetive and highly random SEO spam from the unique hand made content of the real pages. Then links from the real pages get more weight in their PageRank calculations than their spammy cheap automated cousins (seo-script generated links) .
The only problem with that is that Blogs make it extremely easy to interweave hand made unique content with lots of autogenerated seo-optimised spammy links (trackballs, kickbacks, etc...)
Google algorithm apparently is not smart enough yet to distinguish meaningful unique content from the spammy unique content (despite having a former brain surgeon on Google's emploee list).
What it comes down to is a deeply rooted hatred of the SEO inclined webmaters toward the bloggers. Indeed, after webmasters spend days and nights converting countless mugs of coffee into their algorithms, comes some sef-proclaimed Blogosphere hero and takes top SERP without seemingly any hard work at all.
I think Mr. Dashes should turn down his insulting tone toward SEO community. The power of manipulating Blogospere community should not be abused. SEO professionals are the type who will never forget the insults and will work hard to fulfill their revenge, even if it takes years.
